The For You Page: A Smarter Way to Stay on Top of Accounts
We designed the For You Page to give sales reps a centralized feed of everything they need to know about their accounts in one place. Instead of bouncing between reports and dashboards, reps can now see key alerts and insights at a glance.
- Lost item alerts flag when a customer stops ordering a product they usually buy.
- Churn risk alerts notify reps when a customer’s ordering pattern changes.
- Overdue payment alerts make it easy to follow up on outstanding balances.
- The feed refreshes every two hours, ensuring the most up-to-date insights.
With this feature, reps can quickly prioritize their day, take action, and stay ahead of potential issues before they impact sales.
Picture to Order Guide: Turn Menus into Order Guides in Seconds
Prospecting is one of the most time-consuming parts of a DSR’s job, and we wanted to make it faster and easier. With our new Picture to Order Guide feature, sales reps can now snap a photo of a restaurant’s menu and instantly generate a custom order guide based on the ingredients used.
- The system scans menu items and matches them to products in the distributor’s catalog.
- Reps can customize pricing and highlight specific items before sending a quote.
- Works not just for menus, but also for competitor invoices or handwritten order guides.
This tool helps reps quickly create personalized proposals, speeding up the sales process and making it easier to convert new accounts.
Bonus: Enhanced Prospecting & Manager Dashboards
In addition to these major updates, we also showcased some enhancements to Prospect Finder and Sales Manager Dashboards:
- Prospect Finder now integrates with Yelp to provide business details like location, hours, and contact information.
- Sales Managers can now track rep performance, view account notes, and monitor eCommerce adoption all in one place.
